“Panama is the end of the road for \n Central America, as the Darien Gap divides the continents. \n Although we have heard of and even met someone (Helge Pedersen, \n a Norwegian) who had managed to get through it on a motorcycle, \n no one has done it two up. It didn’t sound like something \n Susan was keen to try – winching the motorcycle up hills, \n paddling it in small canoes down rivers, wading through \n muddy creeks up to your neck with leeches hanging off you, \n fun stuff like that . .”<\/i> .full \n story<\/a><\/p>\n
